Yeah the uniform lines are what's problematic. Look at Scott Pilgrim: It has thick lines but because of the variations and curves the figures can still look hawt in a certain light.

But seriously this is way beyond anything that I could do. A tutorial would be fun to see if it wasn't too much bother, but damn I love that you can do line art and tone something so well. It looks like a complete page. Props Forlorn.

Jeez her chest is... Endowed.

We need to set up a collaboration section. I can't do skirts!

Dude that's amazing! How did you even do the hair? Cool stuff!

Haha you're on your own when it comes to skirts. But collaborations could be interesting.

I used a reference for the hair. From the YouTube videos I've seen, I see that you shouldn't over think the hair. I just added the movement lines and some hair strains. I think what I did looks good from a distance but if you look closer you see the mistakes.

Dude, a collab section here would be...interesting.

Nice work again, and while the skirt is a little plain, I'd say you did a fairly decent job at it. Roy Mustang would be proud.

Hmm...I remember this story, so I might understand a little bit. Would you like a bit of a classy room for a background?
Ah, references might be the best bet here.

a background that depicts an actual classy room would look good. But i've seen a lot of cover art that just use color effects. Like a color border that fades. I always overthink it. I see a lot of cover art just place a character in front of a very simple color design, rather than an actual background. I don't know...  :-\

I hate backgrounds for precisely this reason. I tend to leave them blank for that reason, unless I have an idea for a setting that fits, or I'll find a tasteful way to slide in a diagonal line. It's all about page balance and the color wheel. Since you have a lot of cool colors, maybe a warmer background would draw attention to the character?

Llueve Sangre... I know you're working on this story on MR. It looks like quite the crazy one in terms of ecchi and gore.

Love the skin tone, and the nipple straps haha. Man colouring and linework really does wonders for your work.

As far as backgrounds go you can take stock images and filter them into looking accepteable, or work with quick Google Sketchup scenes and render them to behave. Either way, there's lots of time saving techniques out there that feel like cheating but are actually pretty practical, especially for solo artists like us

So i never found the complete picture from the end credits of the anime. So i had to merge them with screenshots and add some parts to complete the picture. What do you guys think?

I'll fix up some parts when i get the chance. I just wanted to complete the picture.  ;D

Nice editing work for what it is. I wish I could find the time to draw out for those workshops here that I've been meaning to get to, but man summer sessions are harsh. On top of that, I've had a couple of...let's call them personal issues come up that make it difficult to get any artistic work done.

Time to finally add some ecchi illustration attempts. I used my forlorn serpent avatar drawing and drew a bikini on her. This was done using air brush. I can't do actual brushes. It always looks like crap.

its suppose to be a gold bikini. Does it look goldish?
